Al Shamkha has a unique geographic location due to its proximity to many vital facilities. It is only 5 km away from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Al Shamkha is located on the mainland, that makes it convenient for those commuting to Al Ain or Dubai and central Abu Dhabi. It is intended to relieve the crowding and provide new housing and a fresh city for families. Al Shamkha had all the needed services and facilities in the area, including schools, hospitals located nearby, mosques, gardens and an emergency stations.
ADAIRE is working on development of the land. Expecting to finalize the concept design and the drawings by the end of the year 2019 and start constructions in 2020.
